Skegness Speedway

The build took place during the Winter in our workshops off site and had to be ready for the first practice session Easter 2018, the total build time for both buildings was under 12 weeks.

Working with the client we where able to develop a colour scheme and design which worked well with the existing stadium colours. Large viewing windows were requested to give unobstructed views of the track.

Inside layout of the bar area is open plan and durable, with non slip vinyl flooring. The bar was supplied by another contractor but working together we were able to pre-wire the unit for all the required electrical items with various sockets within the floor and electrical spurs within the wall make up.

This build was quick and relatively problem free considering the install was during the cold snap created by the “Beast from the East” if this had been a traditional build everything would have ground to halt but, with the majority of the works being carried out in our workshops regardless of the weather restrictions outside the build carried on as planned.
