MRC Modular manufacture new high specification, relocatable accommodation units, constructed with a timber frame and timber roof trusses. With a steel chassis and wood joists, plus a choice of various external finishes – including plastisol coated plywood, Stoneflex, brick, timber, engineered timber cladding or a combination of these, as well as Weathercote textured finish.

All buildings have PVC double-glazed windows with trickle vents and top openers to assist airflow, and we can install full-height or high-level windows to suit your requirements.

Standard decoration includes vinyl-faced plasterboard to all internal walls and ceilings, ash-faced internal doors with half-an-hour fire rating, stained timber skirting and timber mounted coat hooks. We can install air-conditioning to provide warm and cool air options, or electric convector or gas heating.

All MRC buildings conform to current Building Regulations, including emergency lighting and disabled access (Part M). They also meet or exceed all current U value requirements.

We offer a full mechanical warranty (1 year) as well as a construction warranty (10 years) covering the roof (dependant on roof type).
