MRC Modular are proud to announce we have been successful in achieving a place on the four year framework agreement to deliver full turnkey Design & Build Off-Site Modular Building Projects as part of the Southern Modular Building Framework covering the geographical areas (fig 1. shown to the right)

The Southern Modular Building Framework offers an alternative to traditional builds and is open to all public bodies in the southern region of England and provides a range of off-site modular building solutions designed to accommodate permanent 60-year design life, semi-permanent and temporary requirements. The framework commenced on 7th July 2016 and will operate for a period of four years until 2020. If you would like to find out more about the framework please visit this link.
