Bespoke Buildings
We can manufacture buildings to your design or work with you to develop your ideas to design a building to suit your requirements and budget.

All of our new buildings have composite steel external doors, electrical lighting, sockets, air conditioning, PVC double-glazed windows, vinyl wipe-down boarding throughout and are in timber construction with a plastisol finish with a 7 degree pitch roof with a mineral felt finish.

We can supply and construct main entrance timber ramps, timber fire exit steps – all conforming to current Building Regulations (Part M), with anti-slip finish, vertical handrails to suit – and slatted timber skirting to the underside of the modular units, all of which in a tanalised timber.

MRC manufacture new high specification, re-locatable accommodation units; constructed on a timber frame with timber roof trusses and unique seven degree dual pitched roof, steel RSJ to underside of floor joists and offering a choice of external finishes – including Weathercote textured, Plastisol steel, Stoneflex, timber cladding or a combination of these finishes.

All buildings have PVC double-glazed windows with trickle vents and top openers to assist airflow, and we can install full-height or high-level windows to suit your requirements.
